I needed to send an urgent letter, and your staff, rather than sending me off to a Kinkos in the cold dark night, allowed me to use the hotel’s office computer and also assisted in sending my letter via e-mail. Rarely anymore does this type of customer service prevail. I recently stayed at your lodge while on business. After a long day of traveling, your facility couldn’t have come as a better treat. I found the service to be the best I’ve ever experienced and no matter who I ran into, including the man taking out the garbage, I was always greeted with a smile and friendly “Hello!” Your employees were simply amazing and the food at Hudson’s Bar and Grill was wonderful as well.
