The Rules (Terms and Conditions)
Points are valid for use by the original enrolled guest for The Heathman Lodge Loyalty Rewards program. Points cannot be transferred, sold or gifted. Points are not valid towards group reservations, and cannot be used by a company for redemption of goods and/or services. Points will never expire and will no longer accumulate when the Loyalty account reaches 500 points.
Rooms booked through third party online retailers, such as Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Travelocity.com and Hotels.com, as well as operators of opaque booking channels such as Priceline and Hotwire are not eligible for Points credit.
Redemption requests must be made directly to Pam Conlon at 360-816-0504 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items that require shipping can take up to thirty days to arrive. Overnight guestroom redemption requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the guests arrival and can only be used for actual reservations and cannot be distributed as a gift certificate. All guestrooms requests are subject to the hotel’s availability. Points have no cash value.
The Heathman Lodge Loyalty Rewards program may end or change at any time without notice. Points will only be awarded for actualized paid nights only and cannot be given or awarded for future reservations. Guest accounts must be in good standing to participate. No changes or substitutions are allowed on the redemption table.
For every paid night, you'll receive 1 point. Example 10 paid nights = 10 points.
